Expert biography

Rachael Dines has been providing marketing services and advice to SMEs for 12 years. The founder of Shake It Up Creative, an award-winning, ambitious marketing agency in Worthing, her marketing career has spanned 20 years across the B2B, B2C and Charity sectors, both in-house and agency-side. She is a Chartered Marketer, approved Enterprise Nation Adviser and marketing advisor on various regional funded programmes. She has also been the recipient of a UKTI Marketing Scholarship which took her to Chicago to study B2B Marketing. Rachael has previously featured on BBC Radio Sussex and the LBC Radio Clive Bull Business Show.

Following the session, the expert will send you a feedback form which we would be grateful if you could complete to allow us to monitor the success of our offered expert 121s.

All our expert one-to-one meetings on offer are free, but places are limited as our business expert partners are giving their valuable time to the BIPC and to you for free while fitting these sessions into their busy schedule. Therefore, if you need to cancel the session, to give a chance for others to still book it, please give at least two working days’ notice when possible via:

What is your cancellation policy?

The majority of our events are free, but places are often limited - especially for in-person events, therefore please make sure you cancel your place, if you are unable to attend. You can cancel through your Eventbrite booking or emailing bipc@brighton-hove.co.uk.

Can I attend if I'm not a member of the library?

Absolutely! Any Sussex based business/ person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library, as it's free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
