About Aiden

Aiden is a partner in the Commercial Team at Cripps, a commercial law firm with offices in Tunbridge Wells, London, and Horsham. Cripps offers a full portfolio of legal services to both UK based and global companies. Aiden provides practical and pragmatic advice having moved to Cripps after holding senior level leadership roles as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer roles within US corporates, Private Equity and UK Plc organisations. Aiden can help with the legal issues faced at the early stages of setting up a business including trading terms, incorporation and shareholder arrangements.

All our expert one-to-one meetings on offer are free, but places are limited as our business expert partners are giving their valuable time to the BIPC and to you for free while fitting these sessions into their busy schedule. What is your cancellation policy?

The majority of our events are free, but places are often limited - especially for in-person events, therefore please make sure you cancel your place, if you are unable to attend. You can cancel through your Eventbrite booking or emailing enquiriesteam@westsussex.gov.uk.

Can I attend if I'm not a member of the library?

Absolutely! Any Sussex based business/ person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library as it's free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
