Once booked, Alessandro will contact you enquiring what you wish to discuss at your 121 so he can tailor the questions to your needs - please check your main email inbox and your junk.

You will have 5 days to respond to his email or your 121 will be cancelled. This is due to the high number of people waiting, and to stop any missed booking opportunities.

This session will be held online. Once you've registered, you will receive the video call joining instructions from the business expert prior to your session.

Following the session, the expert will send you a feedback form which we would be grateful if you could complete to allow us to monitor the success of our offered expert 121s.

What is your cancellation policy?

The majority of our events are free, but places are often limited - especially for in-person events, therefore please make sure you cancel your place, if you are unable to attend. You can cancel through your Eventbrite booking or emailing bipc@brighton-hove.co.uk.

Can I attend if I'm not a member of the library?

Absolutely! Any Sussex based business/ person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library as it's free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
