About this event

Many companies in Sussex and Brighton & Hove are looking to reduce their carbon footprint and are becoming more sustainably minded. In urban environments using ecargo bikes for sustainable deliveries can greatly reduce carbon and toxic emissions associated with freight and logistics.

As a Senior Transport planner at Brighton & Hove City Council Daniel has experience helping companies transition to sustainable and low emission transport. Daniel is active in local projects and has links to sustainable transport companies and initiatives to help your business reduce its carbon footprint, improve sustainability and save costs.

Expert Biography

Daniel Bianco, A Senior Transport Planner at Brighton & Hove City Council, with nearly 10 years’ experience in this field. Daniel is committed to active and sustainable transport projects that benefit local businesses and employees. Daniel has experience in sustainable deliveries and logistics and can advise your business on how to reduce it carbon footprint through travel changes and plans. He is also a member of the UK Cycle Logistics Federation, active in the eCargo forum and is a qualified cycle and ecargo bike instructor.

All our expert one-to-one meetings on offer are free, but places are limited as our business expert partners are giving their valuable time to the BIPC and to you for free while fitting these sessions into their busy schedule. What is your cancellation policy?

The majority of our events are free, but places are often limited - especially for in-person events, therefore please make sure you cancel your place, if you are unable to attend. You can cancel through your Eventbrite booking or emailing enquiriesteam@westsussex.gov.uk.

Can I attend if I'm not a member of the library?

Absolutely! Any Sussex based business/ person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library as it's free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
