If you’re unclear on how to get your business to where you want it to be, book a free 45 minute online 121 session with Victoria Ramsden, Leadership & Management Coach for Business Owners, helping business owners and solo business persons manage themselves and their businesses effectively.

Choose from a selection of dates and times to suit you. Once you've registered, we'll pass on your details (name and email address) to Victoria, who will contact you with joining instructions for your session with her.

About this event

Suitable for solo business owners and more established business leaders alike. Victoria is an experienced coach working with business leaders in the context of their own performance and that of their business. As a sole business owner, you very much are your business but the challenges of running a business and undertaking all of the many and varied roles that entails can be stressful and can lead to burnout. Often, our confidence and stress levels can be tested to the point we might want to give up, or think we can’t do it or, we’ve chosen the wrong path.

Coaching with Victoria can help you to overcome issues such as:

  • Managing your time effectively so you focus on the important tasks
  • Dealing with Imposter Syndrome or self-doubt
  • Helping you to effectively delegate to staff, associates or contractors
  • Experiencing a challenging issue and not sure how to resolve it
  • Inertia or fear about a decision related to you and your business

Expert Biography

Victoria is a practicing and certified ILM Level 7 Executive Leadership coach. Victoria is also a Chartered Manager and a member of the Chartered Management Institute adhering to their professional code of conduct. Victoria has over 10 years' experience in senior leadership positions specialising in organisational performance across the public, charity and renewable energy sectors. She is also an active Brighton Chamber of Commerce member. Victoria began her career at a company that was the gold standard for managing and developing its people, frequently featured in ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies’. She says that experiencing this powerful leadership style influenced her own. She has since made it her mission to help business owners and business leaders overcome self-doubt so they can lead with confidence and get the results they desire for their business.

This in-person 121 session will be online. The expert will email you a link for the meeting a few days before.

All our expert one-to-one meetings on offer are free, but places are limited as our business expert partners are giving their valuable time to the BIPC and to you for free while fitting these sessions into their busy schedule. Therefore, if you need to cancel the session, to give a chance for others to still book it, please give at least two working days’ notice when possible via:

  • email to bipc@brighton-hove.gov.uk, or
  • cancelling your booking on Eventbrite, or
  • email/call to the business expert.

What is your cancellation policy?

The majority of our events are free, but places are often limited - especially for in-person events, therefore please make sure you cancel your place, if you are unable to attend. You can cancel through your Eventbrite booking or emailing bipc@brighton-hove.co.uk.

Can I attend if I'm not a member of the library?

Absolutely! Any Sussex based business/ person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library as it's free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
