Explore a 12th-Century Village Guided Walk

Part of the North York Moors National Park’s Guided Walks Programme. Join Jim Hall on a wheelchair-friendly 1-mile stroll around the village of Appleton le Moors, looking at its development from the 12th century to Victorian times.
There is also a 15-minute illustrated presentation of the History Group Archive, with a further chance to study the archive over a hot drink after the walk.
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Dogs welcome but must be kept on a lead.
Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
Our guided walks are free, although a suggested donation of £2 is welcome, helping us to care for the National Park.
