This September, as part of Open Your Doors Day 2025, you’ll get the unique chance to step into employer offices across London and experience the world of work first-hand.

Across the city, organisations from law, finance, technology, consulting, media, and the public sector will open their doors to young people aged 16–30 — giving you the chance to see behind the scenes, meet professionals, and learn what different career pathways look like in real life.

Confirmed employers hosting London experiences include Mishcon de Reya, House of Commons, The Telegraph, SAP, AlixPartners, Natilik, and more.

👩‍🎓 Who Can Attend

• Young people aged 16–30.
• Currently living in the UK.
• UK citizens, permanent residents, or those with indefinite leave to remain.
• We welcome applicants from all social and educational backgrounds — especially those who have faced barriers to accessing career opportunities.
• Please note: this programme is not open to those on temporary or dependant visas (e.g. Graduate visa, Tier 4, Skilled Worker dependant visa).
