Explore Learning at the Zoo - 'New Discovery' Creative Writing Workshop!

Meet us in the Kalahari Theatre at Colchester Zoological Society 11:30am - 12:30pm for our English workshop where we will be using our writing skills to describe a new creature we have found! (Entry admission to Colchester Zoological Society is NOT included. A day admission ticket will need to be purchased or a valid Zoo pass will need presenting at the gate).

In this workshop, we will discover a creature that has never been seen before! We will write a detailed description of the creature, drawing on literacy devices to enhance the impact of our writing! This workshop is aimed for children aged 4 - 14 years old.

Explore Learning is a maths and English tuition centre based in Stanway Colchester. We provide tuition for children aged 4 - 16 years old. We are extremely excited to be collaborating with Colchester Zoo, and will be running our own independent workshops using our range of national curriculum resources.
