An exciting Play England event at an iconic venue to celebrate the success of the Exploring Nature Play project, share ideas and showcase partners’ innovative nature play projects.
Exploring Nature Play has brought the play and environmental sectors together to get children outdoors and engaged with their natural environment. Find out how the legacy will be sustained through the Wild Network and other partnerships.
At this event you will:
- Hear keynote speaker Andy Simpson, Chair of the Wild Network, talk about how the network of over 260 national play and environmental organisations intends to take nature play to the next level.
- Share innovative and creative nature play ideas to reconnect children with their natural environment.
- Take part in an exciting range of workshops, from practical nature play skills to risk-benefit assessment to engaging communities in play.
- Have a nice lunch!
Who should attend?
Practitioners and professionals from: Play settings; schools, children’s centres and local authorities; early years; youth settings; health and wellbeing sectors; and environmental organisations.
