You are invited to a special evening on board the historic HQS Wellington - with views of the river Thames looking out across the London sky line, this is the launch of an exciting collaboration between The Explorers Club / Great Britain and Ireland Chapter and their new partner, Cabal Aged Rum.
As we head into a new era of change we are excited to be launching events and lectures over the next 12 months - with names from all disciplines of exploration. HQS Wellington is a fitting stage to host our first four and very different speakers.
From the zero temperatures of the polar world to a high flying adventurer circumnavigating the planet, to an explorer who is changing the lives of young people through extreme exploration and finally, an engineer who looks beyond our earth.

Throughout the evening there will be food and a paid bar, along with a chance to taste luxurious Cabal Aged Rum and speak to the team who created it and the chance to purchase a limited edition bottle of Explorers Club Cabal Aged rum for yourself - only 50 bottles have been made containing polar ice, including the commissioned label artwork of the icons of polar exploration.
Profits from each bottle sold will be donated by The Explorers Club to The Polar Academy.
