Event description

Description

This course will start by providing a summary of the new and existing accountability measures used by the DfE and Ofsted to monitor the performance of primary schools. This will be followed by an in-depth exploration of the new ASP system, the latest Ofsted dashboard, and reports produced by FFT.

Particular attention will be paid to the mechanics of progress measures and other key performance indicators, with pupil level data used to provide clarity on how these measures are calculated. The course will demonstrate some practical tips for presenting your data in the most fair and accurate way possible. After dealing with past performance, we will take a look at target setting in FFT Aspire, to gain insight into future outcomes and potential value added.

The course will finish with a discussion about tracking systems: are we measuring progress effectively or are we recreating levels?

The cost of this event is £90+ VAT, unless your school has purchased our all-inclusive package (see www.lutsa.co.uk for details of the CPD package.
