Carly Steel joins Autistic Parents UK to discuss the impact the menstruation can have upon Autistic people. This webinar is suitable whether you are an Autistic person who wants to understand your own experiences more or the experiences of an Autistic person you care for.

Carly will provide insight into how mainstream information and advice may not be catered to the Autistic experience. She will be discussing the reality of menstruation for Autistic people including PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) and self harm.

Carly is an experienced autism specialist and former teacher, with 15 years of experience and a master's degree in autism and mental health. As an Autistic and ADHD individual herself she is passionate about providing tailored support to neurodivergent children and their families
