Exploring Behaviour Management & Dynamics

Join us for this interactive one-day course, designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of behaviour management and provide you with practical tools to respond effectively in different contexts. This course is ideal for educators, facilitators, managers, team leaders, coaches, and anyone looking to improve their ability to manage behaviour and create a positive working or learning environment.

Through a combination of theory and real-world application, you’ll explore how behaviour is influenced by conditioning, unconscious bias, communication styles, and group dynamics. You’ll also gain strategies to reframe challenging behaviour, improve interactions, and build supportive relationships.

• Mindsets & behaviour – Carol Dweck’s research on fixed and growth mindsets

• The impact of self-esteem & imposter syndrome – How they shape behaviour and engagement

• Challenge & reward – Balancing motivation and expectations

• The Drama Triangle & Transactional Analysis – Understanding interaction patterns and life positions

• Group formation & dynamics – How behaviour evolves in teams and strategies to navigate it
