This panel discussion, chaired by Inspire Supporter Simon Mone will highlight the damage that can happen if you get things wrong, what he learned on his journey, and how he bounced back!
There is value in laying down ground rules, managing expectations and holding your co-founders and leaders accountable. There are no guarantees but the more diligent you are and the more processes you have in place, the less likely you are to have any big surprises!

I have founded and run several digital technology businesses over the past 20 years. I have also run companies for other owners and have turned around two failing businesses. I have Advised and supported hundreds of companies with their Innovation and R&D and have also mentored several business owners. I am currently working as the CEO of a university spin out and am an NED and board advisor for a number of companies.
