This conference is mapped against the Key Stage 2/3 curriculum and the new Ofsted criteria 'Personal Development'.

If forms part of our EU funded project Get UP & Goals, in which we aim to support teaching about the UN Sustainable Development Goals and to help teachers to develop Global citizenship education.

The event will provide teachers with ideas to support global learning and personal development and an opportunity to participate in workshops dedicated to:-

• climate change
• global migration
• international inequality
• tackling gender inequality

Keynote speeches will be delivered by:-

• a senior representative of Iceland Foods Limited who will speak about the company's work with schools to encourage projects linked to sustainability;
• Vikki Pendry, of The Curriculum Foundation, who will explore quality in personal development education and its relationship to sustainable development
