About the speaker: Iain has for 20 years been helping TI’s customers solve their embedded system problems and get their product launched.
About the company: (TI) is an American technology company that designs and manufactures semiconductors, which it sells to electronics designers and manufacturers globally. Texas Instruments's focus is on developing analog chips and embedded processors, as well as digital light processing (DLP) technology and education technology products including microcontrollers and multi-core processors.

Talk title: Choosing the Right IoT Hardware Platform

Talk title: How to Select the Right Prototyping Hardware
About the talk: Through his different roles Gordon has gained a wide view on a range of different end markets in which embedded MCUs are used and as such can bring good insight into how NXP technologies can be used to address the evolving needs of customers across those different segments.
About the speaker: Gordon has had a long career in the semiconductor industry, starting back in 1996 for Motorola SPS and has been part of the evolution that saw Motorola become Freescale and recently merge with NXP Semiconductors at the end of 2015.
About the company: NXP is a Dutch global semiconductor manufacturer headquartered in Eindhoven, Netherlands, and the fifth-largest non-memory semiconductor supplier in 2016. NXP is the co-inventor of near field communication (NFC) technology along with Sony and supplies NFC chip sets that enable mobile phones to be used to pay for goods, and store and exchange data securely. The company's products are used in automotive, identification, wired and wireless infrastructure, lighting, industrial, consumer, mobile and computing applications.
Hannah White, Creative Director at Leverege
Talk title: "Simulation Prototyping for IoT Devices/Hardware"
About the speaker: Hannah is an experienced digital creative and passionate product designer with deep experience in web development with a heavy focus on UI/UX. She is the Creative Director at Leverege, a Maryland, United States-based end-to-end systems integration platform with device simulation capabilities.
About the company: Leverege is a systems integrator and end-to-end solutions provider that offers a simulation-centric IoT platform that reduces time to market, lowers costs, and results in better IoT services for customers.
