About this event

Join us for a continued conversation about local and regional food hubs and what they could mean for Argyll and Bute.

We’ll hear from Mandy Ketchin of Food Lochaber, who will share insights from running a regional food hub over the past two years: the opportunities, the challenges, and the practicalities of serving such a large geographical area.

We’ll dig into one of the big questions around food resiliency: how do we get more local produce onto local plates? Are food hubs the way forward, or does a region as unique as Argyll and Bute call for equally unique solutions?

Bring your ideas, experiences, and questions, and be part of the conversation!

This is webinar is part of a series of ABCAN events looking at developing a Food Partnership for the region. If you are interested to learn more about our work in this area or keen to be involved, please get in touch!
