About this Event
Mantras are potent sound vibrations which harmonise the mind and the heart. Inherently experimental, mantra can be an abiding inner friend and guide in daily life. Furthermore mantras tune our awareness to the deeper source of our embodied nature.
Mantra naturally links with meditation, calming the restless mind and guiding us deeper within. We will practice selected mantras and use them to induce a meditative awareness. The day, which is open to all, will also include asana, pranayama and yoga nidra.
This is a unique opportunity to be exposed to the teaching of Swami Krishnapremananda who is a senior teacher at the Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales and teaches with great insight, experience and humility.
