We’re Mind, the mental health charity, and we’re here to fight for mental health. We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.

Poor mental health is now the number one reason we miss work. 58% or workers have experienced poor mental health at their current employer (Index Insights 20-21). The pandemic has exacerbated the scale and severity of mental health problems across the country, and we know both employees and employers need our support.

We’ve been providing mental health training for over 10 years; improving people’s understanding of mental health problems and teaching practical tools to support wellbeing. We’re pleased to announce the launch of the latest suite of Mind’s mental health training courses. Our 4 courses have been updated in line with most recent evidence, designed for employees working across a range of workplace settings including hybrid working, responding to employer feedback with input from people with lived experience of mental health problems, and in our new, engaging, and bold brand.
