Join us to explore self-regulation, the new early learning goal in PSED 2021.
In this session, we will look at:
- The meaning of self-regulation and its links with executive function
- What do self-regulation skills look like in the children in our care
- Co-regulation
- Activities to promote self-regulation in your setting
- Strategies practitioners can use to support self-regulation, including mindfulness
- The role of the practitioner /key person
- Plus review of resources, including Development Matters and Birth to 5 matters
