Exploring Self Regulation and Executive Function -PSED EYFS

• What do self-regulation skills look like in the children in our care
• Co-regulation
• Activities to promote self-regulation in your setting
• Strategies practitioners can use to support self-regulation, including mindfulness
• The role of the practitioner /key person
• Short breakout session to discuss activity ideas with attendees
• Plus review of resources, including Development Matters and Birth to 5 matters
