This is event is open for young people aged 14-24, please don't book if you are not in this age group.

The Nook from SAMH provides barrier-free access to mental health support, with no need to book an appointment, no need for referrals, and no waiting lists. Anyone looking for support can walk through the door and get help fast.

Delivered by the Scottish Action for Mental Health's Children and Young People team.

Through this workshops learners will consider mental health and wellbeing and the importance of looking after it.

Participants have the opportunity to try fun activities from the different 5 ways and explore how they can include these into their own and/or family life to help support wellbeing.
