FAQs

I am an adult accompanying my child - do I need a ticket?

Yes. As the Planetarium has limited spaces each person in your party, whether adult or child, must have their own ticket.

Is there wheelchair access?

As the Planetarium is located on the first floor of Central Museum, and there is no lift facility, we regret there is currently no wheelchair access to this event.

Do I need to bring my printed ticket to the event?

If you do not have access to a printer, we will accept your ticket on your smartphone. If you are not able to hold your ticket on your phone, please make sure you have ID with you so we can find you on our Guest List.

What is your refund policy?

Ticket sales are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
