Is there parking?

Yes the event will take place at the NEET project next to the top site Northcliffe allotments. There's a free carpark just next to the project or at the bottom of the hill on Cliffwood Avenue which is a 5 minute walk up the steps and left along the track to where we are based.

What do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Please bring clothing and footwear suitable for walking in the woods and wet weather, as well as some sun cream and a water bottle for when you are out and about. You may also want to bring a notebook and pen with you but we will have spare just in case.

No sorry - this is for anyone over the age of 18

Is the venue accessible by public transport?

Yes, Shipley train station is about a 20 minute walk from the venue and there are regular buses that run along Bradford road and can drop you off about 10 minutes from where we will be based for the day.

Is the event inside or outside?

Accepted Answer

The venue we are using is a lovely indoor space with the option for being outdoors if the weather is good. We are planning to have at least some of the time outside even if the weather is wet so please do bring an umbrella or waterproof coat with you just in case.

What facilities are there at the venue?

The space we are using has access to toilets and refreshments throughout the day.

I have dietry requirments/allergies - will these be catered for?

Yes, but please let us know about these in advance of the day so that we can make sure that we can cater for your needs.

What will happen if the event is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

If the event is cancelled by us we will offer a full refund and will give you as much notice as possible.
