Exploring the Zero Waste Lifestyle with Bianca
Mon 5 December 2016, 17:30 – 18:30 GMT
Bournemouth University welcomes you to join us for a thought-provoking evening with guest speaker Bianca, a zero waste blogger, on her path to living a zero waste life. In an age of convenience, where almost everything is pre-packaged in plastic, Bianca has begun the journey to leading a waste free lifestyle. We will discover what motivated her to make such a change, how she has achieved this and what challenges she has faced along the way. She will show us some of the innovative products that have replaced their disposable alternatives and how rejecting wastefulness has influenced every area in her life, from her diet to her daily routine. Please come along to what promises to be an exciting evening that will shed light on the changes we can make to reduce the legacy of rubbish we leave behind.
The talk will last approximately 40 minutes with an opportunity to ask questions at the end. It will be in room K101 on the 1st floor of Kimmeridge House at Bournemouth University's main Talbot campus. A map of the Bournemouth University Talbot campus can be found here.
