Exploring Traded Income Models
Overview
This welcoming workshop is designed for VCSE (voluntary, community and social enterprise) organisations who want to explore income generation without feeling like they’re suddenly signing up to “run a business”.
We’ll gently unpack the expectation vs reality of trading, look at the fears and barriers that often get in the way, and explore the big overlaps between running a VCSE and a more traditional business. Together, we’ll brainstorm your current options, think about sustainability, and explore what diversification could look like for you.
You’ll walk away with:
- A clearer, more realistic picture of trading
- New ideas to explore that feel achievable and aligned
- Practical next steps you can continue looking into after the session
