Wendy Carey - Staff Wellbeing Manager will be introducing you to the various wellbeing resources and initiatives provided by Sussex University and will be joined by Sussex Sports and Able Futures and members from Mental Health First and Menopause networks and more.

Menopause Networks - Menopause is a significant phase in many individuals' lives, and Sussex University is dedicated to supporting those going through it

Mental Health First Aid network - Gain insights into the importance of mental health awareness and learn about the Mental Health First Aid program

Able Futures - Learn more about how they are delivering the Access To Work Mental Health Support Service
