This meetup is open to self-identified or formally diagnosed Autistic adults over 18 years of age from anywhere in the world who can communicate in English. We warmly welcome participants from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ and multiply marginalised people.

We strive to make our meetups as accessible as possible. Captions are enabled, and you can choose to have your camera on or off. All forms of communication are welcome, including voice, text, and AAC. Support persons are also welcome. If you have other accessibility needs, please contact us.

Is this meetup suitable if I’m in crisis or distress?

No, you are welcome to simply watch or listen in if you prefer. If you choose to participate, you can use your voice, text chat, or AAC to communicate.

The meetup is offered on a donation basis. Contributions from €2 up to €20 are appreciated to help cover costs, but if this is not possible for you, please select the free ticket option..

How do I join breakout rooms on a computer?

Accepted Answer

Ensure Zoom is updated. When rooms open, click Join in the pop-up. To switch rooms, click Breakout Rooms in the controls, then select a room. If you need help, let us know!

How do I join breakout rooms on a browser?

Accepted Answer

If you’re using Zoom in a browser, you can only join breakout rooms assigned by the host but cannot move between rooms yourself. To switch rooms, let the host or co-host know, and they’ll move you. For the best experience, use the Zoom desktop app or mobile app.

Update the Zoom app. When rooms open, tap Join in the pop-up. To switch rooms, tap More (three dots), then Breakout Rooms to choose a new one. Let us know if you need assistance!
