Description

The 2019 series of Exponential TechTuesday will start off January 29th with an exciting theme: Digital Humans in health and care. Not only did we put together a terrific panel of experts and pioneers, a digital human will speak to you as well!

  • Danny Tomsett (Founder and CEO of FaceMe, a Digital Human company)
  • Piers Smith (Cognitive architect and project lead of Nadia, one of the first Digital Humans, created for and with people with disabilities)
  • Marie Johnson (Managing Director and Chief Digital Officer of the Centre for Digital Business and co-creator of Nadia with the National Disabilities Insurance Agency)
  • Mystery speaker X. Will X be virtual... or digital? Join us to find out!

The webinar will be two part: first you'll hear from our wonderful panel and after there's the opportunity to engage with the speakers in a discussion around digital humans and how they fit a need in health and care. We are looking forward to seeing you all around January 29th!

Background

The GNHIC joined forces with the Innovation Learning Network(ILN) to extend their Virtual TechTuesdays series by adding an “exponential tech Tuesdays” arm. The bi-monthly series will focus exclusively on demystifying key exponentials, and providing training for health systems on how to unleash the potential to impact patients. Each exponential will be examined via a powerful one hour webinar with experts and experienced practitioners from within and outside the GNHIC and ILN networks. Apart from explaining the technology these webinars will explain why patients and health system players should care, describe relevant use cases and showcase emerging innovators in the field.
