Please arrive on time and stick to your booked slot. Due to limited capacity and the immersive nature of the show, we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals or overstays.

Yes, the exhibition is open to all ages. However, due to complex themes, it's recommended for ages 12 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
