More about the tutors...

All TNR Media Trainers are current or former journalists who have worked for the BBC, ITN or national newspapers and have years of experience training spokespeople. The team is led by Head of Media Training, Bridgid Nzekwu. Bridgid is a sought-after media trainer and corporate interview specialist, who works with high profile speakers across business and politics. She remains a working journalist, anchoring national news bulletins for ITV News.


What does the course cover?

Delegates complete a variety of mock interviews and hold a mock press conference, all based on a scenario agreed by your comms team and which develops through the course of the day. Elements of the session include:
