ILM Leadership Apprenticeships – Level 3 & 5 Starting Mid September! Dates TBC
Due to high demand, SCVS is proud to continue supporting our local workforce by offering 95% government-funded leadership apprenticeships, in partnership with Alan Hester Associates.
Starting this September 19th and 24th, we're running both:
✨ Level 3 – Team Leading
✨ Level 5 – Operations/Departmental Management
These term, year-long programmes are designed to boost confidence, sharpen management skills, and support real growth for those working in the voluntary, community or public sectors.
What's included?
- Monthly workshops - face2face in Slough
- 1:1 coaching and mentoring
- Access to ILM-accredited resources
- End Point Assessment support
- Nationally recognised qualification
Eligibility criteria:
- Must be in paid employment (minimum 16 hrs/week)
- Lived in the UK for at least 3 years
- Employer contribution: approx. £250 per learner
