We are dedicated to creating safe spaces for our community and support you in finding new interest and new ways to maintain your health and well-being. Whilst meeting likeminded individuals along the way.
If you’ve been interested in beginning a class in Yoga, then this is your chance!
A Grounding Practice with Movement, Sound & Reflection
During this 90-minute workshop, experience a blend of practices designed to help you slow down and tune inward. This is a space for grounding, reflection and quiet reconnection - no pressure, no performance.
You’ll be guided through mindful Breathwork, Meditation and Movement before settling into a live and recorded Sound Bath to deepen relaxation. The session ends with reflective journaling prompts and an optional sharing circle.
Open to all levels. No experience needed. All bodies welcome.
Your Facilitator:
Yasmine is a certified Yoga Teacher and Sound Healing Facilitator with a background in Psychology and Mental Health. She has led workshops and classes around the world, creating accessible spaces that centre body awareness and emotional grounding.
