Extended Deep Immersive Soundbath

Extended sound journey

The extended session includes 2 fullhours of sound and then chill out time with tea and cakes.

This session is suitable for beginners and experienced soundbath attendees alike. This session will suit anyone looking for a deeper connection to the therapeutic sounds of the gongs. The feedback has always been very positive and it is a welcoming, friendly and calm environment within which to experience an extended sound journey meditation.

Join us for an extended 2 hour sound journey followed by 30 minutes chill out time with cake and a cup of tea to help you relax and reintegrate yourself after the session.

A note on soundbaths:

No previous experience is needed, all will be explained beforehand. Why not try a new way to look after your wellbeing!

You will need to bring a yoga mat, pillow, 2 blankets, an eye covering and a bottle of water. It is important that you are comfortable and warm, so bring whatever you need.

I ama historical musician witharound 40years experience, andI amafullyqualified sound therapist from BAST and COSH. I play in a wide variety of beautiful venues in the local area and London with a strong connection between sound and nature. Other venues include Kew Gardens (3 years running), Wisley Gardens, Alice Holt Forest, Church settings in Farnham and Godalming, retreat locations in Liss, Midhurst and Bosham.

Sessions will start prompt on the start time so please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to settle.

Contraindications: The soundbath sessions are not suitable for people with seizures, epilepsy, heart conditions, high blood pressure or early stages of pregnancy (1st trimester).
