Extending Shelf Life with MAP Gases - Air Products


The pandemic has had a dramatic impact on the way consumers shop for food, increasing the need for a longer shelf life. Neil Hansford, Air Product’s food technical engineer, discusses how gas flushing, with its ability to extend shelf life by up to 500% can be a useful tool for helping food producers address the need for a longer shelf life and reduced food waste.

The webinar presentation will last for 30 minutes, with a further 30 minutes to allow all attendees to ask questions.
