Extra Open Reflective Days

Due to great demand we are delighted to offer extra dates for these ever popular Open Reflective Days

We are delighted to be opening our doors again, so individuals can access our urban oasis for an individual quiet day.

Most people choose to begin their day by joining the welcome meditation at 10.30am

We do not intend to have these as led events but rather as opportunities for people to have some space and quiet in their lives.

Whilst we cannot offer exclusive personal use of any room, there will always be space and a quiet corner for all our guests. The Open Reflective days usually run from 8am until 6pm but you are welcome to come and join us for as much of the day as your commitments allow.

During the day you are welcome to join our optional services held in our Chapel. Depending on availability we often can offer an opportunity to book a slot to meet with a trained listener, during your day. Kindly note these slots can only be booked on arrival.

The cost of the day is £25 ~ this includes morning coffee and pastries, a sandwich lunch and afternoon pot of tea and cake.

Corona-virus Update

Please know that the Royal Foundation of St Katharine has all the recommended measures in place to provide a safe environment for all our guests and staff. This will mean that the format of the day and the numbers able to attend, these popular days will be monitored and amended to ensure we are offering a safe environment for all.

Option to stay the night before

We are delighted to be able to offer a chance to stay over on the night before through to the Open Reflective Day.

Please know that all our rooms are ensuite and the cost of £84 includes Bed and Breakfast for the Tuesday night as well as the extra Open Reflective day on the Wednesday.

Please note that on the Tuesday there will be no led sessions but you are welcome to use our Chapel, gardens, lounge and library for your personal reflections. While no food is included in the cost for the Tuesday, you are most welcome to visit our Yurt cafe for supper.

As with all our Open Reflective days we have Morning Prayer at 8am and a welcome meditation at 10.30am.

Whilst we cannot offer exclusive personal use of any of our lovely day rooms, there will always be space and a quiet corner for all our guests.

B&B on Tuesday night in addition to the extra Open Reflective Day on the Wednesday is £84.
