Height restrictions

Anyone under 1.2 metres in height should be accompanied by a paying adult. Height will be checked upon registration by members of the team. This is a precautionary measure and is there to prevent any accidents happening on the larger obstacles.

Will it be safe?

St Elizabeth Hospice is working in conjunction with Extreme Adventure Ltd and Ipswich Rugby Club to ensure all aspects of the event are made safe. The hospice hires Woodbridge Medical Services who take care of the first aid provisions during the event.

It is not a race and is a non- competitive, non-timed event.

Participants aged 17 years and under must take part alongside a paying adult aged 18 years+ and be accompanied throughout the event. Upon attempting each obstacle all children must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for their safety.

Are there any lockers/storage facilities to leave things at the start?

No, please ensure you keep all belongings safely on your person. St Elizabeth Hospice will not be responsible for any belongings that go missing.

Will there be toilets?

Yes, toilet facilities are available onsite.

Is the event wheelchair friendly?

Due to the majority of obstacles not being wheelchair friendly and the grounds at Ipswich Rugby Club itself being uneven in places, unfortunately we cannot allow wheelchair users to take part. However, we recommend signing up for Bubble Rush which is more suited to wheelchair users and is just as much fun.

If you would like to discuss anything further, please call 01473 723600 or email fundraising@stelizabethhospice.org.uk

What do I need to wear?

You must wear sensible footwear such as trainers or gym shoes. Wear tracksuit bottoms and sweat shirts or jumpers that you don’t mind getting dirty – it could get muddy out there!

Will there be any refreshments?

Refreshments will be available to buy from Ipswich Rugby Club including hot food & drinks for when you finish to boost your energy levels back up.
