Event description
Join our Devon Wildlife Trust staff and volunteers for an extreme rockpool safari!

About this event

Join us on an extremely low tide to explore Wembury’s most amazing rockpools, rarely uncovered by the tide and meet some of the amazing and unusual inhabitants!

We will continue to follow Government guidelines, maintaining 2m social distance at all times and we ask that you do this too. We will also be limiting numbers on each event so booking is therefore essential:

£5/child *

£5/adult*

*includes Eventbrite booking fee.

Suitable for children 7+ and all children must be accompanied by an adult.

This event will involve walking over very slippery seaweed covered rocks and in deeper rockpools.

Please don't bring nets – we’ll follow the Seashore Code and use our hands and buckets, but don’t forget your wellies/beach shoes!

Please note, National Trust car parking charges apply at Wembury Beach car park. The car park can fill up very quickly on hot, sunny days so please leave plenty of time to park and aim to arrive at the Marine Centre 10mins before the event starts.

Cancellation Policy – refunds will be automatically issued up to 1 day before the event starts, minus the Eventbrite booking fee. If the event is cancelled due to poor weather, you will receive a full refund.
