EY Sikh Network present: Health and Wellbeing
Hipster Veggie, Mrs Millis, Our Cottage London & Ajit Lalvani from Vitabiotics will be discussing health, chronic disease prevention & cure by making better lifestyle choices through the food and cosmetics that we consume and use on a daily basis. The primary focus will be on the South Asian community whilst also discussing a Sikh perspective.
Hipster Veggie (Jez Kaur) will discuss the choices we make each time we meet and why we should eat well (Relgious & Scientific explanations). There will also be a discussion on Langar and is it actually healthy in the UK.
Health issues within the South Asian commnity will be highlighted by Dr Rupy Aujla and Professor Ajit Lalvani from Vitabiotics can share details of vitamins available as a cure for these common issues.
We will also be hosting Mrs Millis who will share how we can organically look after our hair, as well as Our Cottage London who will discuss organic food options that help prevent these chronic diseases that the community will be suffering.
