About this event
This is the online booking system for Eyesight Tests. You will get an email from Eventbrite to confirm once you have successfully booked, this will then be followed up by a further email from Occ Health with the Eyesight Declaration attached for you to bring to your appointment.
These eyesight assessments are primarily to ensure Taser/driving eyesight compliance with current standards and do not replace the visit to a qualified optician. Please note you do not need to attend OH if you have had an OH eyesight test or sent in an optician’s form within last year for recruitment purposes. Please contact OH first to check if an appointment is required instead of self-booking.
We have planned a safe system of work which will allow us to see as many people as possible.
Please arrive at a reasonable time for the session you have booked .
