On the day of filming you will required to sign an audience member waiver form and must arrive no later than 1pm.

Doors close 1pm sharp and we will be unable to admit any guests after this time.

We do not offer a refund or ticket transfer policy.

No food or drinks are allowed in the studio. You are permitted to eat outside of the production room.

No filming or photography allowed from audience members during filming. You will be asked to leave if caught doing so.

There is 3hr Free parking in Sainsbury's and TK Maxx, local to the venue.

The nearest station to the building is: Wandle Park Tram Stop (This is the Wimbledon tram from East Croydon Station).
