Inner Glow is a 2-week F2F emotional empowerment journey designed to help you better understand your emotions, shift limiting beliefs, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop practical problem-solving skills. It’s a trauma-informed, reflective, and supportive space for personal growth.

This workshop is for adults (18+) who:

Feel emotionally overwhelmed or stuck

Struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or low self-esteem

Want to reconnect with themselves and build emotional resilience

Are on a healing or self-discovery journey

3. Do I need any prior experience with therapy, coaching, or emotional work?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience is needed! This workshop is beginner-friendly and accessible. Whether you're new to inner work or have years of self-development experience, you’ll benefit from this guided process.

4. How is the workshop delivered?

Each week includes:
- A themed live session
- A printable workbook with journaling prompts, activities, and reflection exercises
- Guided meditations or breathing/grounding tools
- Optional group sharing spaces (WhatsApp/Telegram private group)

Week 1: Identifying Emotions & Beliefs;  Exposing Barriers & Gaining Clarity
Week 2: Altering Distorted Thinking;  Emotion-Based Problem Solving

6. How much time do I need each week?

Besides 3 hours for face-2-face sessions, allocate about 60 - 90 minutes per week to fully engage with the material and activities. You can break this into small daily chunks or complete it all at once.

No problem! You can catch up from the recorded live sessions and use your workbook.

8. Is this workshop a substitute for therapy?

Accepted Answer

No. While it is therapeutic and healing in nature, Inner Glow is not a replacement for therapy. If you are in crisis or need mental health support, we encourage you to reach out to a licensed mental health professional.

9. Will this workshop be emotionally intense or triggering?

Accepted Answer

This is a trauma-informed and emotionally safe space. You can skip any exercises, or pause if something feels too much. Emotional safety is a priority. Speak with the workshop facilitator of any concerns who will offer support.

This workshop is FREE and does not cost you anything.

Could the group trigger my anxiety or interfere with my CBT?

Accepted Answer

It is trauma-informed, designed to feel safe and supportive. Group sharing is optional, and you can go at your own pace. Grounding tools are provided to help regulate emotions. The workshop complements CBT and may even enhance your therapy. If unsure, speak with your therapist.
