We usually suggest starting at around 30 weeks of pregnancy. But it is completely up to you when you would like to start preparing!
Absolutely! We encourage partners or supporters to attend! One ticket covers you and a supporter.
One ticket covers you and your birth partner or supporter for the full 6 weeks. That could be your partner, your spouse, your mum, your best friend - whoever you want by your side on your birth journey! Please only reserve one ticket per pair, so that we can leave spaces open for other parents.
Birth prep, skin to skin, golden hour, the first day with your baby, benefits of breastmilk, frequency of feeds, cluster feeding, safe sleep, different breastfeeding positions, 'What might go wrong?', public feeding.. and much more!
No, you don't need to have made any decisions on how you want to feed your baby. We supply evidence based information, and you make your own decisions from there! We also cover topics like safe sleep and responsiveness which are universal no matter how you choose to feed your baby.
