We have organised a family fun day for garment workers and it’ll provide a chance for attendees and information stallholders to engage with the workers and give out their marketing materials etc. Followed by keynote speakers from trade unions, brands and NGO's. The event will be finalised with a networking opportunity for all attendees & a complimentary hot lunch.

We aim to target and engage garment workers from Leicester, who are in need of help and support, especially when it comes to functional skills & entry level education, workers' rights, employment law, health & safety at work and welfare rights.

FAB-L is a result of national efforts by the AGM-PPP network to tackle issues in Leicester's garment industry, funded by trade unions and major clothing brands.

We still have spaces available for information stalls for charities, non-profits and educational organisations. Please come with your banners, materials and merchandise and engage with the garment workers as well as all others involved in trying to improve the lives of the garment workers.
