Do you ever wish you could take a pause and think about the Fab Team that you work in? This session allows you space and time to think about your team, your role within it, and how Fab your team is. This is an interactive session for you to come, meet with other colleagues across our system, and discuss what Fab Teams look like and how to be part of one every single day.

About the Speaker

Sarah Murphy, Leadership and Organisational Development Practitioner

Sarah Murphy is a Leadership and Organisational Development practitioner at CPFT, working on developing and delivering our Leading Together Development programmes around the theme of Compassionate Leadership.

She started her career in the NHS through the Graduate Management Training scheme in which she found her passion for leadership development. She is keen to support colleagues throughout the system learn more about themselves and what makes them amazing leaders.
