Fables: A Song Cycle - Recital Premiere

Rose Rands (soprano/librettist) and Marco Galvani (pianist/composer) present their brand new song cycle for an interactive recital.

Allow us to bring you into the fantastical soundworld of these stories in the world premiere of the recital version of this piece at the Blackburn Hall at the National Opera Studio in London. We bring the classic fables of antiquity into a contemporary setting, shedding a whole new light on the interactions between the characters.

We will be using this opportunity to get audience feedback on various aspects of the music and performance that we are experimenting with.

Please arrive around 7pm to get seated for 7:15pm start.
