We'd love you to spend time with us at Chapel for a fun and relaxing fabric banner making day. Our creative producer will guide and tutor you to express yourself and design 2 or 3 unique banners to hang proudly in your home. We will provide all the basic material and trimmings you need to create different styles of banner, but if you have any sentimental fabric or old clothing you can't bear to part with, this is a beautiful way to repurpose pieces and have them form a really meaningful piece of art.

No particular sewing experience necessary, but if you have your own sewing machine please do bring it along. We can help reacquaint you if it's been a while! Otherwise we have a handful of sewing machines that can be shared by the group. As well as sewing, you will be learning to draw/paint typography onto fabric, again all materials and tuition will be provided so just bring your enthusiasm and enjoy the creative headspace
