Event Informaiton

Transform old tea towels into practical and useful aprons for the home, garden, studio or shed.

We'll explore some basic sewing skills and have fun playing with designs to create our aprons, suited to whatever you want to use them for!

No experience required.

Materials will be supplied, but if you have any old tea towels you want to use please bring them with you.

This session will be delivered by Helen Walsh, Artist and Creative Practitioner from Delicate Stitches.

Session Information

  • This workshop is suitable for those aged 16+. Those under 18 should be accompanied by an adult.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all materials will be provided by us.
  • Refreshments such as tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
  • Due to the content of some of our activities, you will be required to undertake a Health and Safety briefing before the start of the session. You may be required to wear PPE, such as face shields and gloves. These will be provided by us.
  • Please wear weather and activity appropriate clothing and footwear when visiting us.
