It pays to have multiple revenue streams. Most businesses have them. In the form of little hidden gems known as rubies in the orchard.

To find them all you have to do is be open-minded, persistent and creative. Think of this quest as a trip to the Emerald City. Gems can include bundling, licencing, merchandising, creating a lite version of your core offering. Or building up and rewarding an army of Champions.
