Join us for the first of 4 classes to be hosted at Castle Family Hub in Wakefield.

Early labour and how to manage at home
When to call the hospital
Pain management options
Delivering the placenta
Recovery from birth
Perineal care, wellbeing and emotions

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OTHER CLASSES IN THIS SERIES NEED TO BE BOOKED SEPERATELY IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND.
